“I play Bach and look out at the beautiful trees and think my pots reflect that serenity. Clay is a living thing. It reflects how you feel about things. I always see pots as male and female, there is sensuality about them.”

These are the words of an artist but Peter Wallace prefers the word “artisan”, saying his inspiration is summoned through attention to detail and through regular and disciplined work. |
